I sleep on my back and wake up with neck pain. What is the type of pillow I should get?
I got cheap $3 pillows from walmart and they are now flat and I hate them, I’m willing to pay more but how do I know they won’t get flat? Is there a better filling (goose etc) or what?
You can get memory foam pillows which are excellent, but will probably set you back 50-60 dollars a pop. You could also get a “firm” pillow that is made of foam, that should stop the neck pain. Feather pillows will go flat eventually, regardless of cost! You have to fluff them every morning!
