Cal King
is there a difference between a banded Albino Cal king snake and a striped Albino Cal king?
There is no difference in species, disposition, or care at all; the only difference is the direction of the stripes/bands. 
A banded snake is going to have horizontal/sideways bands, and a striped snake is going to have vertical/up and down stripes. Here are pictures so you can have a visual of what I am referring to.
