Cotton Cover
What is Best Temperature for 50% polyester and 50% cotton bed cover when washing. Also has Olive Oil stain.?
Pre-treat the stain with 50/50 water peroxide for 15 minutes. Wash in COLD water if it is a 50% cotton blend the cotton could shrink UNLESS the label says warm is ok. Rinse with liquid fabric softener if you have it.
PARTIALLY dry it for about 20 minutes so it is still damp then continue to line dry..Fluff several times while drying and throw a few clean tennis balls or sneakers in the dryer in pillow cases. This will help fluff it. It will take a while to dry, put it near a heat vent and keep turning it. It may not be dry tonight.
And I’m not asking about the olive oil hahahahahaha.
It may take more then 1 try to get the stain out but that should get it out….If it’s white increase the time next wash.
