are full auto guns still made in the usa for sale to the public?
i have heard that full auto guns are no longer made in the usa for public use so if you have a machine gun you should keep it,is this true?
YES, you can still get full autos in the USA legally.
The ones you can legally buy “should” have been made before the 1986 ban, so any machine gun made BEFORE 86 is perfectly legal to own, provided you go thru the Class 3 paperwork.
There are probably millions of them still in circulation….
They do produce NEW machine guns here in the USA, however they are for police or military only….there are 1 or 2 ways to still legally get NEW class 3 weapons or Sear, however it get’s alittle tricky for civilians.
(everything has it’s loopholes I guess you could say)
But i dont know WHO told you that you couldn’t buy Full Auto’s here in the USA anymore?
Unless they were just referring to NEW production full auto’s, which have been banned for civilian use since 86…..so it’s really not anything new.
But why would you really want to own a NEW full auto anyways….the oldies were THE BEST ones made!
