Are there pillows made for laying on your stomach during pregnancy?
I am a stomach sleeper, and I can not sleep at all on my hips back, and I was wondering if there is a pillow that is made where I can sleep on my stomach? Yes, I know it's a weird and stupid question, but it was worth the ask. I am 29 weeks along. I have a HUGE bodypillow and like 6 pillows regularly I sleep with … Please someone help me out.
Unfortunately, there are not any. I love it too if there was. But you're not supposed to sleep on your stomach during pregnancy, which is probably why they have not tried, because there could have serious legal action against anyone who injured a a lady and her baby with a pillow. You are almost done and need to sleep on your side. Do not sleep on your back because it may harm your column spinal / muscles of your back. It may also cause to throw the baby against her placenta if the placenta is on the posterior side. It takes time but you will have to sleep on your side. Sleeping in a recliner is also useful. I am a stomach sleeper and found a huge recliner is very relaxed. Well good luck!
