is there a way to tailor king sized bedding to fit a queen bed?
i found this bed in a Bag Set that ifell in love with, but the only size that is left is a king. i was wondering if there was a way that a tailor could make it smaller to fit at Queen Sized bed.
You don’t need to tailor it. Just tuck the fitted sheet under the mattress. It will stay in place. Tuck the Flat Sheet under the mattress when you make the bed so it will not hang out. When you lay the dustruffle on the box springs, use straight pins on the corners….fold the excess in the middle to make a pleat and pin it. One you put the mattress down, it will not move.
As for the comforter, let it hang longer on the side that will not show. Give it a try. I have done this many times. Many times, the King Size fits a queen better. A lot of queens aren’t really large enough.
